What Our Patients Say
❋ "I finally felt like someone was actually listening to me.”
“I’ve seen several providers over the years, and I always left feeling rushed or misunderstood. My first appointment at Mind Menders was completely different. The nurse practitioner took the time to understand my history, my symptoms, and what I was hoping to change. For the first time, I felt heard. The evaluation was thorough, and the follow‑up plan made sense. I’m finally moving in the right direction."
❋ “They helped my son get the support he needed.”
“We brought our 10‑year‑old in for an ADHD evaluation after struggling for years with school and behavior issues. The provider was incredibly patient and kind, and she explained everything in a way my son could understand. The evaluation was detailed, and we left with a clear plan and real hope. Within a few weeks, we saw a noticeable difference. I’m so grateful we found this practice.”❋ “The in‑person care made all the difference.”
“I prefer meeting with someone face‑to‑face, especially for something as personal as mental health. It’s surprisingly hard to find in‑person psychiatric care in San Diego, so discovering Mind Menders was a relief. The evaluation felt comfortable and supportive, and I left feeling confident in the treatment plan. I recommend them to anyone who wants real, human connection in their care.”❋ “Booking was easy, and they accepted my insurance.”
“I had been putting off getting help because I assumed it would be complicated or expensive. Mind Menders made the entire process simple. I booked online, used my insurance, and was seen quickly.
